American Water Works Co. Inc. (AWK) announced that it has appointed Kellye Walker as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, Effective January 6.
Walker most recently served as senior vice president and general counsel at Diageo North America, Inc. Walker also served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary at BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc.
