Alcoa Inc. (AA) reported a fourth quarter loss from continuing operations of $0.27 per share after the close Monday, compared to a loss of $1.16 per share in the prior year period. Revenues dipped to $5.4 billion, from $5.7 billion last year. The stock is now down 1.17 on 674K shares.
Alcoa Inc. gapped open higher Monday, but was range-bound throughout the session. The stock finished up by 0.43 at $17.45. Alcoa has been on an upward trend for the last month and closed at a new high for the year.
