Pall Corp. (PLL) announced its acquisition of MicroReactor Technologies Inc., a privately held U.S. biotechnology company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition of MicroReactor Technologies, with its patented approach to high throughput miniature bioreactor equipment and disposables, expands Pall's Total Fluid ManagementSM capabilities.
