Cascade Financial Corp. (CASB), parent company of Cascade Bank, announced that Lars Johnson, Chief Financial Officer, is no longer employed by Cascade. The company has appointed Terry Stull, Senior Vice President and Controller, as interim Chief Accounting Officer.
The company said it is in the process of initiating a search for a Chief Financial Officer.
