Hole frontwoman Courtney Love has resolved her outstanding dispute with Hole co-founder and guitarist Eric Erlandson.
Erlandson originally claimed that Love signed away the right to perform or record as Hole without him, but Love now says that the two have come to an agreement and that she will release her upcoming album, Nobody's Daughter, under the Hole name.
"It is Hole, yes of course," Love told NME. "How do I do this? It is just because it is, and it is because we just negotiated our thing and it'll be fine. Everyone has good lawyers."
Erlandson was upset when Love first announced that she would be releasing a new Hole album and touring without either Erlandson or bassist Melissa Auf der Maur.
"I don't want to slam him," Love said of Erlandson. "I'm a big sharer. Inside the business I am not known for being a stinge, for sure. I'm not stingy in any way, I give a lot of publishing to everyone."
Former Larrikin Love guitarist Micko Larkin has reportedly replaced Erlandson on the new album.
Hole's last album was 1998's Celebrity Skin, while Love released a solo album, America's Sweetheart, in 2004.
