News Corp. (NWS) said on Monday that it would close subscription of 49.014 million new registered shares of Sky Deutschland at a price of euro 2.25 per new share for an aggregate cost of euro 110 million. As a result, News Corp.'s stake in Sky Deutschland would increase from 39.96% to 45.42%.
