Penns Woods Bancorp, Inc. (PWOD) reported net income for the fourth quarter of $2.5 million or $0.65 per share, compared to $2.3 million or $0.59 per share in the previous year quarter.
On a non-GAAP basis, operating income for the fourth quarter was $2.42 million or $0.63 per share, compared to $2.47 million or $0.64 per share in the prior year quarter.
Net interest income for the quarter was $6.21 million, up from $5.73 million in the prior year quarter. Quarterly total non-interest income rose to $2.07 million from $1.45 million in the same quarter a year-ago.
