Total System Services Inc. (TSS) reported net income attributable to the company of $60.2 million or $0.31 per share for the fourth quarter, compared to $66.3 million or $0.34 per share in the year-ago quarter.
On a constant currency basis, total revenues for the fourth quarter were $430.9 million, a decrease of 0.4% over last year. On a reported basis, total revenues increased 0.5% to $434.8 million from $432.7 million in the prior year quarter.
Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.30 per share on revenue of $435.08 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
