eBay Inc. (EBAY) reported fourth quarter EPS of $0.44 after the close Wednesday, up from the $0.41 in the prior year period. The company expects to report first quarter EPS of $0.39 to $0.41 and full year 2010 EPS of $1.63 to $1.68. The stock is now up 0.19 on 3 million shares
eBay Inc. declined in the first 45 minutes of trade Wednesday and fell further around the middle of the afternoon. Shares finished down by 1.03 at $22.23. The stock dropped to a 4 1/2 month low.
