Wednesday, Amdocs Ltd. (DOX) signed an agreement with AT&T Services Inc. to provide additional applications management services in support of AT&T's Wireline customer care, billing, ordering and wholesale platforms beginning early spring of 2010. The company extended agreements signed in 2007 under which it manages AT&T's legacy consumer and wholesale platforms through 2017.
Separately, the company said it would extend its current managed services and related professional services relationship with Bell Canada to deliver and support billing and billing-related services across the organization for an additional five years through 2017.
