Thomas & Betts Corp. (TNB) Tuesday said it completed acquisition of the net assets of JT Packard & Associates, Inc., for a net purchase price of $22 million. JT Packard & Associates, Inc. is an independent service provider for critical power equipment used by industrial and commercial enterprises.
JT Packard's core business is preventative maintenance and emergency service for uninterruptible power supplies, power distribution units, DC plant and static transfer switches.
