Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (CHKP) reported fourth quarter GAAP net income of $109.5 million, an increase of 27% from $86.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2008. GAAP earnings per diluted share were $0.51, up 24% from last year quarter's $0.41.
Non-GAAP net income was $129.5 million, up 23% from $105.6 million in the fourth quarter of 2008, and non-GAAP earnings per share was $0.61, an increase of 22% from $0.50 in the year-ago quarter.
Fourth quarter total revenues rose 25% to $272.1 million from $217.6 million in the fourth quarter of 2008.
