Richelieu Hardware com (RCH.TO) posted fourth quarter net earnings of C$9.9 million or C$0.45 per share, compared to C$10.2 million or C$0.46 per share in the prior year quarter.
Sales for the quarter decreased to C$110.7 million from C$118.7 million in the year-ago quarter.
The company increased dividend by 12.5% to C$0.09 from from C$0.08 per share, which is payable on February 25, 2010 to shareholders of record as at February 11, 2010.
