Monday, Balfour Beatty Plc (BBY.L) said it has acquired Multibuild Hotels and Leisure Ltd and Multibuild Interiors Ltd, based in Stockport, specializing in the construction and fit-out of hotel and leisure facilities.
The companies have been acquired from Multibuild Holdings Ltd for a cash consideration of £1.9 million.
