Tessera Technologies Inc. (TSRA) reported fourth quarter EPS of $0.31 after the bell Thursday, down from the $0.33 reported last year. Revenues fell to $56.47 million, from $69.13 million last year. The company now expects to report first quarter revenues of $58 million to $61 million, compared to prior expectations of $59 million to $61 million.
Tessera Technologies gapped down Friday and fell in early trade. Shares declined further for the bulk of the afternoon and finished lower by $1.76 at $17.17 on above average volume. The stock has been on a downward trend since early December and closed at an 8-month low.
