SUPERVALU Inc. (SVU) announced it has named Julie Dexter Berg executive vice president, chief marketing officer of the company.
Commenting about her experience, the company said that Berg has more than twenty years of executive management experience in marketing, product management and operations. She most recently served as managing partner, Brandmaking, LLC, a brand and customer strategy consulting firm that she founded.
She will join Supervalu effective March 15 and will report to Craig Herkert, CEO and president, Supervalu added.
