Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (JEC) announced that it received a 2.5 year contract from LyondellBasell to provide engineering services in support of plant changes and small project work at two of its manufacturing sites in The Netherlands. The manufacturing sites include advanced polyolefins plants at Botlek and Maasvlakte. The contract value was not disclosed.
Headquartered in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, LyondellBasell is a producer and marketer of polypropylene and polyethylene in the region, with production sites in six countries throughout Western and Eastern Europe.
