Millipore Corp. (MIL) reported net income attributable to the company for the fourth quarter of $43.92 million or $0.78 per share, compared to $31.11 million or $0.56 per share in the year-ago quarter.

Revenues for the quarter increased to $426.01 million from $396.75 million in the prior-year quarter.
