Standard & Poor's, a subsidiary of McGraw-Hill Companies Inc. (MHP), said that Ntelos Holdings Corp. (NTLS) would replace Chattem Inc. (CHTT) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index on a date to be announced. Chattem is being acquired by S&P Global 100 constituent Sanofi-aventis in a deal expected to be completed soon, pending final approvals.
