Sony Corp. (SNE) gapped open higher Tuesday and climbed throughout the second half of the morning. The stock settled into a range in the afternoon and closed up by $1.20 at $35.41.
Sony Corp. rose above a 2 1/2 week trading range Tuesday and closed at a new high for the year.
