Genpact Ltd. (G) posted fourth quarter net income attributable to company shareholders of $34.6 million or $ per share, compared to $47.0 million or $ per share in the previous year period. Adjusted earnings for the quarter was $42.0 million or $0.19 per share, compared to $50.4 million or $0.23 per share in last year quarter.
Revenues for the period were $296.9 million, compared to $281.8 million in the same quarter last year.
Looking forward, for the fiscal year 2010, the company expects revenue growth in the range of 14-17%.
