Affymetrix Inc. (AFFX) reported fourth quarter net income of $0.04 per share after the bell Wednesday, compared to a loss of $4.65 per share last year.
Affymetrix Inc. gapped open higher Thursday and climbed until the middle of the morning. The stock closed up by $1.63 at $7.30 on the highest volume of the year. Affymetrix re-crossed its 200-day moving and closed at over a 3-month high.
