Adjusted net income attributable to Waste Connections was $29.3 million or $0.37 per share, compared to $24.3 million or $0.30 per share in the year-ago quarter.
Revenue for the fourth quarter increased 19.4% to $309.9 million from $259.6 million in the previous year quarter.
