Harman International Industries (HAR) reported second quarter EPS of $0.40 after the bell Monday, compared to the loss of $0.21 last year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.07. The stock is now up 2.24 on 23K shares.
Harman International Industries climbed until mid-morning Monday, but gave back some of its gains late in the afternoon. Shares finished up by 0.57 at $35.50. The stock rebounded off of the lower end of a 3-month range.
