FMC Corp. (FMC) announced that Pierre Brondeau, FMC president and chief executive officer, purchased $1 million of FMC common stock in open market transactions.
Commenting on this, Brondeau said, "This purchase underscores the confidence I have in FMC's future".
Brondeau retired from Dow Chemical Co. (DOW) in September where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Dow Advanced Materials.
