GMR Infrastructure in consortium with Oriental Structural Engineers or OSE secured Hungund - Hospet highway project on a build, operate and transfer (toll) basis through an international competitive bidding route.
GMR will hold 51% equity in the project whereas the rest of 49% will be held by OSE. The project measures 99 kms on National Highway -13 and is valued at Rs.1,700 crore. It includes designing, engineering, finance, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance of four laning of the Hungund - Hospet section in Karnataka state.
