ViaWest, announced the company's hiring of David Tietjen to head up Sales for the Greater Utah Region.
As a Vice President and General Manager, David will be based at the company's Utah headquarters in Salt Lake City and he will oversee all Sales and administration for the company's three regional data centers in Salt Lake City and Lindon/Provo area, the company said.
"The hire definitely illustrates the company's deep commitment to the success and growth of our Utah operations," said Bill Hobstetter, ViaWest Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Before ViaWest, David served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a division of Merit Medical Systems of South Jordan, Utah. Previous to that he also held key positions in Utah for MarketStar, TRW & Iomega.
