Rand Logistics, Inc. (RLOG) reported third quarter net income applicable to common stockholders of $2.9 million or $0.22 per share, compared to a net loss of $6.4 million or $0.50 per share in the year-ago quarter.
Revenue for the quarter rose to $37.3 million from $36.2 million in the last year quarter.
