BCB Bancorp, Inc., (BCBP) posted fiscal 2009 net income of $3.7 million or $0.80 per share compared with $3.5 million or $0.74 per share in the prior year period.
Net-interest income for the quarter declined to $19.38 million from $19.96 million and total non-interest income was $931 thousand compared with a non-interest loss of $2.1 million in the previous year period.
