Pizza Inn Inc. (PZZI) reported second-quarter net income of $0.4 million or $0.05 per share, compared to net income of $0.1 million or $0.02 per share, for the same quarter of the prior fiscal year. Total revenue for the second fiscal quarter declined to $10.4 million from $11.3 million in the same period of fiscal 2009.
For the six-month period, the company said its net income was $0.8 million or $0.09 per share, compared to $0.4 million or $0.05 per share in the comparable period of last year. Revenues for the period declined to $17.01 million from $19.8 million in the corresponding period of the prior year.
