CCA Industries, Inc (CAW) posted fourth-quarter net income of $1.0 million or $0.14 per share compared with a net loss of $0.12 per share in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter increased to $12.6 million from $12.0 million in the prior year period.
The Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.07 per share to all shareholders of record on May 3, 2010, payable on June 3, 2010.
