Brown & Brown, Inc. (BRO) said Friday that its Brown & Brown of Washington, Inc. subsidiary has acquired the insurance agency and brokerage business-related assets of DiMartino Associates, Inc.
DiMartino Associates' financial services division was not part of the deal and will continue to operate from its existing Seattle location.
