Filtrona Plc (FLTR.L) said it completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of BP Secure Solutions Ltd and Summercombe 110 Ltd, which together carry on the business of BP Labels.
The company noted that the consideration for the acquisition is up to a maximum of GBP 4.5 million, payable in cash to the family and employee shareholders of the acquired companies.
BP Labels is based in Cardiff, UK and is a manufacturer of high quality, creative and secure self adhesive labels.
