Thursday, Hurco Companies Inc. (HURC) said its first-quarter net loss was $1.83 million or $0.29 per share compared with a net income of $0.35 million or $0.05 per share in the prior year period.
Sales and service fees for the quarter totaled $20.61 million, a decrease of 27% from $28.30 million in the comparable period.
