Compass Minerals International (CMP) gapped open higher Friday and climbed steadily during the first hour of trade. The stock settled into a range for the remainder of the session and closed up by $3.33 at $81.45 on above average volume.
Compass Minerals International has been rising for over a month and closed Friday at a new high for the year.
