Patni Computer Systems said that it established a new BPO delivery center at Texas, a North American hub. The company said that the move was triggered by a multi-year, multi-million dollar BPO service contract with a leading healthcare technology and services provider.
The company plans to expand the offerings on site to deliver high-quality BPO services to a wide range of industries central to the company's mission, including life sciences, telecommunications, financial services, insurance and manufacturing.
