RM Plc (RM.L) said it was selected to provide managed ICT services for Phase 3 of Bradford City Council's Building Schools for the Future or BSF programme. The company would provide the services under contract to Integrated Bradford, the Local Education Partnership or LEP responsible for delivering the City's BSF programme.
An initial 5-year contract, covering 4 recently-built secondary schools and 2 new design and build Academies, is anticipated to be worth £13.3 million to RM. Phase 3 of Bradford's BSF programme also includes a further 15 schools, which would be contracted for separately, the company added.
RM said it would provide an innovative and flexible managed ICT solution, including implementation services, training, hardware, software and day-to-day management of the solution.
