Reliance Infrastructure on Saturday announced that the consolidated net profit after share in associate and minority interest for the year ended March 31, 2010 rose to Rs.1,519.39 crore from Rs.1,353.23 crore in the year ago. Total income grew to Rs.15,689.67 crore from Rs.13,542.48 crore in the last year.
On a standalone basis, the net profit for the year ended March 31, 2010 grew to Rs.1,151.69 crore from Rs.1,138.88 crore in the year ago. Total income increased to Rs.10,817.09 crore from Rs.10,606.49 crore in the previous year.
The company's net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2010 dropped to Rs.251.09 crore from Rs.346.17 crore in the year ago quarter. Total income grew to Rs.2,810.69 crore from Rs.2,691.62 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
The company declared an interim dividend of Rs.7.10 per share for the year ended March 31, 2010.
