Transocean Ltd. (RIG) gapped open lower Tuesday and pulled back in early trade. The stock recovered some ground in the final 2 hours of the afternoon, but finished down by $2.84 at $46.33 on strong volume.
Transocean Ltd. dropped below a one-week trading range Tuesday and closed at a new low for the year.
