Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. (CWG.TO) announced that effective Aug 13, 2010, it has appointed Boyd Craig, Founder and former Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Executive Chairman of Craig Wireless as President and Chief Executive Officer or CEO of the Company.
Drew Craig, the former Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Executive Chairman of Craig Wireless has been appointed as Chairman, the company stated.
The company also announced that in connection with his recently-announced engagement as President and CEO of a Canadian international financial institution, Bruce Rothney has resigned from the board of directors of the Company effective Aug 13, 2010.
