Datatec Limited (DTC.L) announced the appointment of Olufunke Ighodaro as a non-executive director to the board with immediate effect.
Funke Ighodaro is Chief Financial Officer of Primedia (Pty) Ltd, a South African media group. She has held the position since September 2001 and was previously Managing Director of private equity firm Kagiso Ventures Limited and Executive Director of its parent company, Kagiso Trust Investment Company.
