EKF Diagnostics Holdings PLC (EKF.L) Monday announced it has completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Quotient Diagnostics Ltd.
The 15,507,153 new ordinary shares in the company which were issued to satisfy the initial consideration for Quotient were admitted to trading on AIM.
Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, David Evans, Executive Chairman of the company, now holds a total of 1,279,288 ordinary shares in the company representing about 0.81 per cent. of the issued share capital.
