Starwood Property Trust, Inc. (STWD) said it appointed Boyd Fellows, Stew Ward, Chris Tokarski and Warren de Haan effective as of October 1, 2010, as senior executives of SPT Management, LLC, the external advisor and manager to Starwood Property Trust, Inc. The company said the four executives have worked together for more than 15 years and have more than 90 years combined experience in both commercial real estate finance and the capital markets.
They also founded and served as Managing Partners at Coastal Capital Partners, LLC, which acquired distressed CRE debt, advised owners of CRE on restructurings and financed health care properties.
