JSC SITRONICS (SITR.L) said it plans to sell 25.5% share of JSC Navigation-Information Systems to JSFC Sistema (SSA.L) for RUB 242 million.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter, subject to the execution of binding documentation and the satisfaction of all conditions precedent, including receipt of the approval of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service. The deal was approved in accordance with the business strategy of SITRONICS, which does not provide for operator's businesses.
