Automotive distributor and retailer Inchcape plc (INCH.L) said Nigel Northridge is to take over as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee from Michael Wemms with effect from 1 January 2011.
Nigel Northridge and Michael Wemms are, and will remain, existing non-executive directors of Inchcape.
