PSS World Medical, Inc. (PSSI) said it bought Dispensing Solutions, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
DSI is a privately held company based in California that markets turn-key dispensing programs in the point of care, government, and contract packaging markets.
"DSI's scalable production platform, experienced management team, and growth potential make it a natural fit with our Physician Business, providing our physician customers with technology for immediate prescription fulfillment for their patients and strengthening their practice." said David Bronson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PSS World Medical.
