Sears Holdings Corp. (SHLD) said that it has appointed retail veteran Chris Capuano as SVP and president -Home Fashions. She will be responsible for the oversight, leadership and growth of the in-store and online merchandising of Home Fashions in both the Sears and Kmart formats.
Capuano will be based in the company's Hoffman Estates Corporate offices.
Most recently, Capuano served as EVP, GMM - Home and Footwear at Kohl's where she was responsible for the growth and profitability of more than 900 stores across the country.
