American Apparel Inc. (APP) Friday said it has appointed John Luttrell as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective February 7.
The company also announced that current Chief Financial Officer Adrian Kowalewski, is being named Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy.
Luttrell was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Old Navy Inc. from 2007 to 2008.
American Apparel engages in the design, manufacture, and retail of fashion apparel for women, men, children, and pets. It primarily offers T-shirts, denim, sweaters, and jackets.
