Eurozone Investor Confidence Rises Again

An indicator of investor sentiment in the Eurozone rose to its highest level in nearly three-and-a-half years in March, latest survey showed Monday.

The Sentix investor sentiment index, an indicator of confidence around 900 investors, rose to a new high of 17.07 in March from 16.70 in February. Economists were looking for a score of 17.2.

The current situation index climbed to 26 during the month from 21.25 in February. At the same time, the expectations index recorded a decline to 8.5 from 12.25, in the wake of political unrest in the Middle East.
