Shares of Stamps.com Inc. (STMP) rose steadily during the first hour of Monday's session, but settled into a range for the remainder of the day. The stock closed up by 1.39 at $18.07, with volume at nearly a 10-month high.
Stamps.com broke out of a one-month trading range Monday and closed at a new high for the year.
